Corporate Trainer

Responsibilities

Design and deliver effective sales training programs for new and existing sales team members.

Conduct onboarding and product/process training for new joiners.

Train sales teams on prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and follow-ups.

Develop training modules, presentations, role plays, case studies, and sales scripts.

Conduct regular refresher training and performance improvement sessions.

Identify individual and team-level skill gaps and create targeted development plans.

Conduct mock calls, role plays, assessments, and feedback sessions.

Monitor the effectiveness of training through sales performance and conversion metrics.

Work closely with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to understand performance gaps.

Provide coaching and feedback to sales executives to improve productivity and conversion rates.

Keep the team updated on changes in products, sales processes, market trends, and customer expectations.

Maintain training records, assessment reports, and performance dashboards.

Suggest improvements in sales processes and training methodologies based on team performance.
