The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of telecallers, driving sales performance, and ensuring daily targets are met.Key Responsibilities:Handle and manage an outbound sales teamGuide and motivate agents to achieve targetsMonitor daily performance and call qualityEnsure productivity and target achievementReport daily MIS and team performanceRequirements:Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a Team LeaderExperience in outbound sales process (any sales background acceptable)Strong team-handling and leadership skillsGood communication and coordination skillsImmediate joiners preferredSalary:₹25,000 to ₹28,000 in-hand per month
