salesforce CPQ developer lead             Job Description:  •  Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Sales Cloud  •  Strong understanding of CPQ calculation flow, renewals, amendments, and pricing behavior  •  Ability to handle large quotes, complex pricing models, and performance constraints  •  Knowledge of AI governance (guardrails, validation layers, audit logging, fallback mechanisms, responsible AI integration)  •  Ability to evaluate AI-generated code/logic and suggest improvements  •  Experience in transforming legacy systems into AI-enabled solutions  •  Experience integrating CPQ with ERP, billing, and external systems  •  Strong end-to-end solution thinking and stabilization mindset  •  Ability to clearly explain design decisions and technical reasoning
