Deep knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI), System Pricing, and Commercial Strategy

Exposure to Product Launches and their financial/commercial planning

Good understanding of GST and applicable taxation in the healthcare/pharma industry

Experience working with Field Excellence (FE) and broader Commercial Business units

Robust strategic mindset the role demands insightful, decision-level analysis, not just data ops

Must be able to liaise effectively across Finance, Product, and Commercial teams

Ability to translate data into business insights and strategic direction

Requirements

Minimum 34 years of relevant experience in Healthcare or Indian Pharma Manufacturing industry (mandatory)

Experience must be on the Finance and Commercial side (not R&D; or international business roles)

Candidates from Biocon R&D; or international-facing profiles will not be considered

Should have a clear understanding of India-focused Commercial Frameworks

Candidates working as CBMO or in commercial decision-making roles in Indian pharma companies are preferred .
