About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Check in passengers and issue boarding passes.

2. Verify tickets, passports, visas, and other travel documents.

3. Handle baggage check-in, baggage tags, and baggage-related complaints.

4. Assist passengers with boarding gates, flight timings, connections, and airport facilities.

5. Make announcements and provide flight information when required.

6. Assist elderly passengers, children, and passengers requiring special assistance.

7. Handle delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled flights and guide passengers on the next steps.

8. Coordinate with airline staff, security, ground-handling teams, and airport departments.

9. Deal professionally with passenger complaints and difficult situations.

10. Follow airport security, safety, and airline procedures.
