Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in a voice process environment, primarily within the international BPO sector. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
• Familiarity with voice process operations in an international BPO setting is a plus.
