About the internship:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online store, product listings, order processing and day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with online selling platforms, maintaining accurate product information and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings on the company website and online marketplaces.

Upload product images, titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs and product specifications.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock availability across online platforms.

Process online orders and coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams.

Monitor order status, shipping updates, cancellations, returns and replacements.

Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery and shipment-related issues.

Ensure product listings are accurate, complete and optimised for search visibility.

Monitor product pricing, stock levels and listing performance.

Handle basic customer queries related to online orders and deliveries.

Maintain daily reports for orders, sales, inventory and returns using Excel or Google Sheets.

Identify listing errors, stock discrepancies and operational issues, and ensure timely resolution.
