Junior Operations Executive - Fresher

About the job:As an operations executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our logistics operations. This role involves active coordination with internal teams and external partners, handling operational calls, and maintaining accurate reports for tracking. You ll be at the heart of execution- ensuring timely updates, resolving day-to-day issues, and keeping our systems and stakeholders aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enter trip details into desktop and mobile applications

2. Make outbound calls to customers and clients for coordination, follow-ups, issue resolution, and service updates

3. Handle customer queries and train customers to use mobile and desktop applications

4. Prepare daily MIS reports for different clients

5. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

6. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests

7. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the operations manager

8. Communicate extensively with multiple stakeholders daily through calls and other channels

9.
