Growing fast.What you’ll do:Own full-cycle recruiting across tech, product, and business roles — from JD to offerSource aggressively across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and your own networkManage and leverage relationships with recruiting agencies pan-India to scale pipeline when neededPartner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and calibrate fastBuild and maintain a warm bench of high-quality passive candidatesDrive a fast, structured interview process — screening, coordinating, and closing with urgencyTrack funnel metrics and continuously optimize time-to-hire and quality-of-hireWhy you are:3+ years of recruiting experience — ideally a mix of agency and in-houseProven track record closing tech and startup roles (engineering, product, growth)Strong agency background — you know how to work the market, not just post and prayDeep, active network of recruiting agencies across IndiaExcellent at candidate experience — responsive, direct, and respectful of people’s timeHigh-agency, self-driven — you don’t wait for a process, you build oneBased in MumbaiMajor plus if you’ve:Recruited for early-stage startups (Series A and below)Placed candidates internationally or worked with global hiring mandatesExperience hiring for blockchain, Web3, or AI-native companiesBuilt or managed a small recruiting teamWhy join us:You’ll be one of the first dedicated hiring hires at a company that is — quite literally — reinventing how talent is found and trusted.
