Job description
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate real estate leads. •Explain residential/commercial property projects, prices, offers, and payment plans. •Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties. •Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp. √Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team. •Maintain lead details and follow-up records in CRM/Excel. •Build professional relationships with prospective clients.
