Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Manage the deployment of ServiceNow updates and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and practices.
