Key Responsibilities Guest Experience: Take ownership of your assigned section and ensure a seamless guestexperience, from welcoming and seating guests to ensuring their satisfaction throughout themeal and bidding them farewell. Menu Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the menu, including ingredients,preparation methods, portion sizes and recommendations, to confidently guide guests. Upselling & Revenue Generation: Recommend in-house specials, signature dishes,beverages and add-ons to enhance the guest experience and increase average spend. Section Management: Manage your assigned tables efficiently, ensuring timely order taking,accurate communication with the kitchen and prompt service. Teamwork: Work seamlessly with fellow service staff, kitchen colleagues and managementto maintain smooth restaurant operations. Service Standards: Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, table presentation andprofessional conduct. Guest Feedback: Address guest requests and concerns promptly and escalate issues to themanager whenever required.What We Are Looking For Ability to communicate confidently in English and Hindi.
