SRE Production support engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 production support for business critical applications

Monitor application and infrastructure health using SRE monitoring tools

Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs

Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures

Troubleshoot application server and database related issues

Use SQL queries for data validation troubleshooting and issue analysis

Work closely with development infrastructure and database teams to resolve production issues

Participate in deployment release and change management activities

Monitor system performance availability and reliability metrics

Create and maintain support documentation runbooks and SOPs

Support on call rotations and major incident management processes

Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
