We are seeking a skilled Tailor Cutting Master to join our team in Greater Noida West. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tailoring and garment cutting, with 1 to 7 years of experience. A minimum education of 10th pass is required.Key Responsibilities:- Pattern Creation: Design and create patterns for garments based on specifications and measurements to ensure precise cutting and fit.- Fabric Cutting: Accurately cut fabric according to the established patterns while minimizing waste and ensuring the highest quality standards.- Quality Control: Inspect fabric and finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring that all garments meet company quality standards.- Collaboration: Work closely with tailors and other team members to communicate design specifications and resolve any issues related to patterns or cutting.- Machine Operation: Operate cutting machines and other tools safely and efficiently, maintaining them in good working order.- Training and Supervision: Mentor and supervise junior tailors, sharing techniques and best practices to improve overall team performance.To be successful in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for garment making. A good understanding of various fabrics and tailoring techniques is essential. Strong communication skills are important, as you will collaborate with team members.
