About YourLio

YourLio is an AI concierge for D2C brands. We run real-time shopping conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat, email and SMS for 50+ Shopify brands, including Soulflower, Sri Sri Tattva and Mensa. Zero to 50+ paying brands, zero paid marketing. We are now building the brand and content engine to match.

The role

We want a designer with their own taste. Not someone who waits for a tight brief, but someone who takes a rough idea and makes it sharper than we pictured. You live on the internet, you know what stops a scroll, and your instinct for what feels current is strong.

What you will do

Social content for Instagram, LinkedIn and X: static posts, carousels, reel covers, light motion

Logo and brand identity work, for YourLio and for campaigns

Marketing assets: landing page visuals, decks, ads, email graphics

Take loose direction and run with it

What we are looking for

A portfolio with range and a point of view (this matters more than years)

Strong command of Figma and the Adobe suite, motion tools a plus

Fluency in current social and internet visual culture

Ships fast, takes feedback well, sweats the details
