Freelance HR Recruiter

We are seeking a Freelance HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team on a work-from-home basis. This role is ideal for experienced recruiters who are comfortable working independently and are motivated by a performance-based revenue-sharing model. As a Freelance HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for understanding job requirements and candidate profiles in detail, sourcing suitable candidates through various channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals, and screening and shortlisting candidates according to client requirements. You will conduct initial discussions with candidates to assess their suitability and share relevant CVs with the internal recruitment team or clients. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the selection process, and ensure proper follow-up until candidates join. To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing, although freshers with strong communication and sourcing skills may also be considered. Key skills required include good knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates, and good follow-up and relationship-management skills. You should be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and able to work with targets and deadlines. This position operates on a 100% revenue-sharing model, meaning there is no fixed salary or monthly commitment. Earnings are generated from successful recruitment placements, and there is no upper limit on earning potential based on successful closures.
