Senior Finance Executive

We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on taxation and payroll. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial operations, including financial reporting and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly MIS reports.
• Handle taxation matters, including TDS and GST compliance, ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements.
• Manage payroll processes, including PF, ESIC, and gratuity calculations.
• Conduct reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support the finalization of accounts and assist in audits as required.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounts, finance, taxation, and payroll processes.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and MIS.
• Experience with statutory compliances and reconciliations.
• Ability to manage vendor payments and financial operations effectively.
