Teaching & LearningPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines and learning outcomes.Use inquiry-based, experiential, and interactive teaching methodologies.Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs of students.Integrate technology and innovative practices into classroom instruction.2. Curriculum ImplementationImplement the prescribed curriculum effectively across grades.Align lesson plans, assessments, and activities with academic benchmarks.Collaborate with academic leaders to ensure curriculum consistency.3. Classroom ManagementCreate a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.Encourage positive behavior and student participation.Maintain effective classroom routines and procedures.4. Student Assessment & ReportingConduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.Maintain accurate academic records and student documentation.Prepare and share student progress reports with parents in a timely manner.5. Student DevelopmentSupport students’ academic, social, and emotional development.Identify learning gaps and provide remedial or enrichment support when required.Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and independent learning.6. Parent EngagementCommunicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.Participate in parent-teacher meetings, orientations, and school events.Build positive school-home partnerships.7. Professional DevelopmentParticipate in training programs, workshops, and academic meetings.Engage in continuous professional growth and reflective teaching practices.Collaborate with peers to share best practices and innovative ideas.8.
