Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records.- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely interview scheduling.- Support the HR team with recruitment and other HR-related activities.
