Founding Full Stack Engineer – AI Aviation Tech Startup

Location: Remote India (Bengaluru preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable front-end and back-end components

Integrate APIs with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure, Claude, etc.)

Build secure document ingestion, parsing, and search experiences

Set up CI/CD pipelines and deploy cloud-native applications

Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship quality features quickly

Contribute to product decisions, not just code

Tech Stack

Frontend: React / Next.js, Tailwind CSS

Backend: Node.js / Python (FastAPI), REST APIs

AI Layer: LangChain, OpenAI, Vector DBs (FAISS / Weaviate)

Infra: Azure / AWS, Docker

Dev Tools: GitHub, Cursor, Postman

Our RequirementsMust Have

2+ years of experience in full stack development (frontend + backend)

Experience building and deploying production-grade web apps

Strong grasp of API design, async workflows, and security best practices

Comfort with rapid prototyping and iterative product development

Worked on AI/LLM-integrated products

Strong sense of product ownership

Good to Have

Background in aviation tech or passion for the domain

Prior startup experience or side projects with visible output

Experience with document parsing, search pipelines, or document AI
