Identifying customer needs. ·        Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments. ·        Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries. ·        Updating customer information as required. ·        Performs general floor maintenance and housekeeping; monitors and maintains the condition and safekeeping of items. ·        Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity. ·        Work within various teams to ensure outstanding customer service. ·        Maintain broad knowledge of customer products and services. ·        Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
