We are seeking a dynamic Home Loan Sales Manager to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of home loans and related financial products, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the home loan market, including products such as Loan Against Property (LAP) and mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for home loan products.
• Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

• Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of home loan products, including LAP and mortgage loans.
