Junior Social Media Marketing Executive - Fresher

About the job:About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, support customer communication, and assist with day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across social media platforms

2. Plan and schedule social media content in line with the content calendar

3. Coordinate with the video editor to ensure timely delivery of creative assets

4. Respond to customer queries received via email in a prompt and professional manner

5. Print and manage order shipping labels from Shopify and Amazon

6. Prepare weekly performance reports for advertising accounts

7. Identify and reach out to relevant Instagram handles for collaborations and partnerships

8. Use AI to generate ideas and scripts for social media content and ads.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Sound knowledge of social media platforms and current trends

2. Basic proficiency in computer applications

3. Excellent written English communication skills

4. Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
