Meta Ads Specialist (part-time)

Type: Freelance contract, part-time, not a salaried job. Starts with a 30-day paid trial. You send a monthly invoice for one all-inclusive fee, choose your own hours, and can work with other clients.

Location: Remote, anywhere in India.

Pay: ₹10,000–25,000 a month for part-time work. Our ad budget is separate.

Language: English (spoken and written). Any other Indian language (Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam) is a plus.

The role

You will run Ezy·it's paid ads on Instagram and Facebook. Your goal is simple: real sign-ups from job seekers at a low cost, with honest weekly numbers.

What you will do

Set up our Meta ad account and sign-up tracking, working with our tech team.

Build audiences of job seekers and freshers in the Indian cities we choose together.

Test ad designs and copy with our Social Media Manager. Stop what does not work, fast.

Spend the daily budget carefully.

Report cost per sign-up, and what you will change, every week.

You are a good fit if

You have run Meta ads that brought real sign-ups or leads, and can show the results (screenshots with cost per result).

You are comfortable with small budgets and quick tests.

You explain numbers in plain English.

Nice to have

Google Ads or YouTube ads.

Ads for apps or websites aimed at students or job seekers.
