Machine Operator- cnc vmc

We are looking for experienced CNC / VMC Operators with 3 to 5 years of experience in machine operation and production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC / VMC machines as per production requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional specifications.

Understand and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

Identify and understand engineering drawing symbols and tolerances.

Basic knowledge of G-code / CNC programming codes.

Perform machine setting, tool offset correction and parameter adjustments.

Conduct in-process and final inspection of components.

Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.

Ensure components are manufactured according to drawing and quality requirements.

Maintain production and quality records.

Follow safety and quality procedures.
