Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Analyzer Supervisor to supervise the maintenance and reliable operation of online process analyzer systems at an industrial site in Mangalore. The candidate should have strong knowledge of instrumentation and hands-on experience with analyzer maintenance in oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industries.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and servicing of online process analyzers.

Monitor analyzer performance and ensure reliability and accuracy of analyzer systems.

Identify and troubleshoot analyzer-related faults and coordinate corrective maintenance.

Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Coordinate with instrumentation, maintenance, and operations teams for smooth plant operations.

Maintain service reports, maintenance records, calibration reports, and technical documentation.

Ensure maintenance activities are carried out according to approved procedures and safety standards.

Supervise technicians and ensure proper execution of assigned analyzer maintenance activities.

Support analyzer system inspections, testing, and performance monitoring.
